Message the admin if you would like to enter a show. Your horse can only be entered in one of each event type. For example, you cannot enter your horse in beginners barrel racing and intermediate barrel racing. The prize list is posted here.

Equitation Divisions:

The following classes will be judged on riders position and communication with their horse.

Beginner Equitation Division:

-Beginner Walk/Trot: Diagonals to count

-Beginner Walk/Trot/Canter: Diagonals and Leads to count May be asked to halt, back up or trot a circle.

-Beginner Jump: 2 cross-rails, not exceeding 18". May be done at the trot or canter.

Intermediate Equitation Division:

-Intermediate Walk/Trot: Diagonals to count. May be asked to trot a circle

-Intermediate Walk/Trot/Canter: Diagonals and Leads to count. May be asked to canter a circle.

-Intermediate Jumping: 3 cross-rails not exceeding 2'. 2 fences not exceeding 2'

Advanced Equitation Division:

-Advanced Walk/Trot/Canter: Diagonals and leads to count. May be asked to canter a circle or do a simple change of lead.

-Advanced Jumping: This course will contain: 1 triple bounce, 2 lines, 3 oxers and 1 broken line. Jumps not exceeding 3'6"

Hunter Divisions:

The following classes will be judged on the horses form, attitude and ability to do as is asked.

Green Hunter Division:

-Walk/Trot: Will be judged on the horses form and how quickly he moves into a trot

-Walk/Trot/Canter: Will be judged on the horses balance, attitude, and leads

-Green Hunter over fences: Will be judged over 3 cross-rails, not exceeding 18". Horses basic form over jumps will count

Intermediate Hunter Division:

-Walk/Trot: Will be judged on the horses form and transitions.

-Walk/Trot/Canter: Horse should be able to do a simple change of leads. Form at the canter will count

-Intermediate Hunter Over Fences: 4 jumps, not exceeding 2'. Horses form over fences will count.

Advanced Hunter Division:

-Advanced Hunter over Fences: 9 fences, not exceeding 3'. Will be judged on the horses balance and approach. Horses form over fences will count

-Advanced Jumping: This course will contain: 6 oxers, 3 verticals, and 2 combinations. Jumps not exceeding 4' Will be judged on the horses balance and approach. Horses form over fences will count.

Dressage Divisions:

-Equitation in Dressage: For all level of students, judged on how well the rider uses body position and aids at the walk and trot while riding in a dressage style. Riders will be asked for a free walk, medium walk, and posting trot regardless of collection or extension. They will be expected to perform 20m circles while demonstrating proper bending of the horse. ONLY the rider will be judged, any misbehavior of the horse will be ignored.

-Beginner Dressage For students in the introductory - training level of dressage. Riders will be asked to demonstrate all of the things required for this level of riding. Riders who perform exceptionally well may be eligible for USDF qualification for that level if Guillaume sees fit

-Intermediate Dressage For students in the 1st-4th dressage level. The grading is subjective, unlike in a purely dressage show. Riders will be asked to demonstrate basic skills. Some lower-level riders may be eligible for USDF qualification, but the higher level riders will have to wait.

-Freestyle to Music Ah, yes, the fun begins! For riders of all levels, a test of how well horse and rider can train to music. Younger riders are expected to choose 2 beat rhythms and perform at the trot or walk in time to the music, but older riders will be expected to canter and choreograph better. Team sign-ups of two-three students are allowed for this event.

Eventing

-Beginner’s Eventing Consists of Dressage: Will be asked to do a 10 meter circle at a trot and a 20 meter circle at the canter. Will also be asked to halt, back up and canter from a walk. Show Jumping: 9 fences including: 3 combinations, a diagonal oxer and 3 changes in direction. Jumps not exceeding 2'. Cross-Country: The jumps no not exceed 2’4” and have simple combinations.

-Intermediate Eventing Consists of Dressage: Will be asked to extend and collect the trot and canter. On Top of everything from the Beginner’s level. Show Jumping: 14 fences including: 4 combinations, 1 diagonal line and 4 changes in direction. Jumps not exceeding 3'. Cross-Country: Jumps not exceeding 3’5” some challenging areas.

-Advanced Eventing Consists of Dressage: Will be asked to do a half pass and shoulder-in at the trot and canter. Will also be asked to do a flying change. On top of everything from the beginner and intermediate levels. Show Jumping: 20 fences including: 7 combinations, 1 diagonal line and 9 changes in direction. Jumps not exceeding 4'6". Cross-Country: Jumps not exceeding 4’7” tough combinations.

English Pleasure

-Beginner’s Pleasure (Years 1-3)
-Intermediate Pleasure: (Years 4-6)
-Advanced Pleasure: (Years 7-8)

Western Pleasure

-Beginner’s Pleasure (Years 1-3)
-Intermediate Pleasure: (Years 4-6)
-Advanced Pleasure: (Years 7-8)

Barrel Racing

-Beginner Barrel Racing (Years 1-3)
-Intermediate Barrel Racing Years 3-6)
-Advanced Barrel Racing for (Years 7-8)

Endurance

- Beginner Endurance: 20 Mile Race through trees and over rivers, bridges, and other things. You horse will be vet checked 10 miles into the race and must pass the vet check to continue. Some jumping maybe required.

- Intermediate Endurance: 65 Mile Race through forests, open plains and more. You horse will be vet checked 32 miles into the race and must pass the vet check to continue. Some jumping maybe required.

- Advanced Endurance: 100 Mile race, jumping will be required. . You horse will be vet checked 50 miles into the race and must pass the vet check to continue.

-Expert Endurance: 500 Mile race, jumping is required. Your horse must have won each of the three other endurance races at least once to be able to enter. The description is kept secret until the day of the race. You horse will be vet checked 350 miles into the race and must pass the vet check to continue.

Calf Roping

-Beginner Calf Roping (Years 1-3)
-Intermediate Calf Roping (Years 4-6)

-Advanced Reining (Years 7-8)

Cutting

-Beginner Cutting (Years 1-3)
-Intermediate Cutting (Years 4-6)
-Advanced Cutting (Years 7-8)
